01 · THE AI
Doesn’t just answer. Does.
The AI sits next to your work and uses the same tools you do.
- Tools, not text
- Calendar, files, office, email, cases, images and your own PC. ABYNTIS carries things out and reports the result instead of just explaining how it could be done.
- Voice mode
- Talk hands-free like on the phone. Before anything is entered or changed, ABYNTIS reads the details back and waits for your yes.
- Wake word "Abyntis"
- The Windows app responds to its name. Recognition runs locally on the PC.Windows
- Understands the screen
- "Have a look, what do I need to watch out for?" ABYNTIS reads the active window, explains it and marks the important spots with numbered circles. Before each of its own clicks, a circle shows the target.Windows
- Thought trail
- See live what ABYNTIS is working on (thinking, searching, PC, writing) and for how long.
- Honest, not invented
- Prices and invoices are calculated by a calculation engine to the cent, not by the language model. If something isn’t possible, ABYNTIS says so. Every answer can be reported.
- Research
- Current web search with sources, with real photos and explainer videos if you like.
- Mail rules
- "When an invoice arrives, open a case and remind me in 3 days." The AI only classifies incoming mail. You decide what happens, so a stranger’s email cannot give commands.
- AI colleagues
- The team chat has AI colleagues with their own specialities, such as numbers, copy or code. You message them like people, and all are clearly labelled as AI.

03 · YOUR PC
Your extended arm.
With the Windows app, ABYNTIS works on your own PC. Each capability is a separate permission, off by default.Windows
- Approval
- Every action asks first, on the PC or the phone. Optionally once for a whole job or permanently per PC. Anything irreversible always asks.
- Emergency stop
- Shortcut, stop button or tray icon. Really ends running commands on the PC.
- Files & programs
- Find, fetch and send files ("send it to me"), launch programs, tidy up downloads.
- Routines
- "End of day" or "work mode": one sentence starts a saved sequence of programs and websites.
- PC doctor
- Check and repair health, including long runs like sfc and DISM with admin rights. Keeps running when the window is closed.
- System
- View and end processes, network status, scheduled tasks, input into the active window.
- Announcements
- ABYNTIS announces appointments and finished jobs through the speakers, with quiet hours and patience while you are typing.
- Camera
- View a connected camera live or arm it as a motion detector, with push to your phone. For your own premises.
- PC protection
- Filter against malware, phishing, tracking, ads and adult content, switched on by the owner for all company PCs. Report per PC as PDF; ABYNTIS receives numbers only.
04 · APP FACTORY
Describe instead of code.
If a tool is missing, build it. That makes ABYNTIS endlessly extensible.
- The agent builds
- The ABYNTIS agent plans the app, writes the code, builds it and fixes errors until the build is green.
- Change, don’t restart
- "Make the button bigger" changes the finished project and tests again. If a build stops, "continue" picks up where it left off.
- Cost cap
- A fixed cap per build; each app’s costs are shown in the project view.
- Own address
- Finished apps run at their own address; your logos and photos come along automatically.
- Take it with you
- Download every app as a complete package including source code and run it yourself.
- Games
- 2D games and walkable 3D worlds in the style of the N64 era.
- IDE
- Built-in development environment with tabs, error checking as you type, formatting and "change selection" by AI.

- Brand kit
- Store logo, colours, font and contact once; they appear automatically in letters, quotes and PDFs.
- Integrations
- Connect Google Drive, Canva, Buffer and mailboxes. Bring your own AI keys (BYOK), for example OpenAI, Mistral or ElevenLabs.
- Keyboard
- Ctrl+K opens apps and runs commands. If nothing matches, your input becomes a question to the AI.
- Language
- Interface in German and English; some newer areas are still in German. In other languages, the AI replies in your language.
06 · SECURITY & DATA
You stay in control.
You decide what ABYNTIS may do, what it may cost and where data goes.
- Data location
- Data is stored on servers in Germany. For AI, speech and web search, content goes to specialised providers, partly outside the EU. The list is open to see under Settings → Data location.
- 5 privacy levels
- Standard, Business, Confidential, Own keys only and EU providers only. The server enforces the EU level; it requires your own keys for EU providers.
- Data shield
- Names, addresses, IBANs and ID numbers are replaced with placeholders on your device before anything goes to the AI. Below the answer you see what was sent.Beta
- Key vault
- Your keys are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM), never shown in plain text again, and every access is logged.
- Sign-in
- Verified email address, two-factor, overview of active devices, alert on sign-in from a new location.
- Roles & permissions
- Who sees which modules and what they may do, configurable per role.
- Audit log
- Security-relevant actions are recorded and kept for 180 days.
- Cost limits
- Limits per account for messages, apps, servers and budget, with alerts at 50, 80 and 100 % and an automatic emergency brake.
- AI labelling
- AI images and media carry a C2PA provenance record.
- Take it with you
- Export all data, delete the account, download built apps with source code.

What exactly is ABYNTIS?
An office operating system in the browser: chat, files, calendar, office, email, cases and more modules in one window, plus an AI that can operate these modules itself, by text, voice or wake word.
Which AI models are behind it?
ABYNTIS uses models from several providers and picks one per task. With your own keys (BYOK) you decide which providers are used. The ones currently active are listed under Settings → Data location.
Can ABYNTIS do anything on my PC without me?
No, not without your permission. Each capability is a separate permission, off by default, and every action asks first. Permanent approval exists only if you switch it on yourself per PC. An emergency stop halts everything at once.
Is ABYNTIS finished?
ABYNTIS runs and is used daily, but it is at an early stage. New features arrive almost daily. Anything still in testing is labelled as such.
What does it cost?
The live demo is free and needs no account. The first pilot businesses get a fixed pilot price with personal setup; write to kontakt@creatormediax.de. With your own AI keys you pay for AI usage directly with the provider.
